Vinyasa Flow


A practice designed to link movement with breath, we’ll build heat in the body, working on strength, balance and flexibility. I’ll guide you through postures and sequences which will leave you with a smile on your face. You can expect the tunes to be loud throughout this dynamic class. This class is open to yoga beginners however a basic level of general fitness will be required.

Slow Flow

A multi-level practice to move your body and calm your mind. We will start slow, easing ourselves into a mindful movement practice. Great for those who want to improve their flexibility and mobility, but also enjoy moving at a faster pace. This class is accessible for all and is a great place to start your yoga journey! You can expect an uplifting playlist to see you through a fun, meditative movement practice.

Stretch & Unwind

A yin-based class, ideal for those wanting an hour to escape and leave the world behind. Zone out and unwind in a stretch-focused class to release the tension we hold on to through our busy lives. This class is low intensity, suitable for beginners, athletes and those wanting to improve their flexibility. You can expect low lights, ambient tunes and longer held stretches.
